• At least 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or credit card systems, with a focus on card features and integrations.
• Broad understanding of card products, including issuance, transaction processing, and spend management features.
• Experience designing and launching features across multiple customer verticals such as travel, fleet, or benefits management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and optimize user experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Familiarity with card network standards (e.g., Mastercard, Visa) and regulatory requirements in the card space is a plus.
• Hands-on technical skills: Comfortable working with APIs and technical documentation to engage effectively with engineering teams.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German or additional European languages is a plus.

As a Product Manager – Card Features (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategy and development of card-related features and solutions across various customer verticals, such as travel, fleet management, insurance, employee benefits, and spend management. You will lead the design, implementation, and scaling of innovative features that enhance customer experiences and expand the capabilities of our card platform.

You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless delivery of impactful features, while working with partners and customers to adapt to evolving needs and market trends.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for card features, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Develop and scale features for multiple verticals, including travel, fleet, insurance, benefits, and spend management, tailored to customer needs and market opportunities.
• Enhance card management tools, streamlining card issuance flows and enabling seamless management of card payments and settings.
• Implement advanced card-related features, such as granular card limits and controls, vertical-specific transaction data enhancements, and card spend-related analytics features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to deliver high-quality and innovative card features.
• Work with partners and stakeholders to support the launch of new card programs and expand existing programs into additional markets and customer segments.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of card features, leveraging data insights to continuously optimize and innovate.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure that we remain competitive and continue delivering state-of-the-art solutions for our customers.
