Location:

• You should be based in Vienna or willing to relocate. Flexible remote work options are available, but being close to the Vienna team is preferred.

Skills:

Your role

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, designing and implementing state-of-the-art AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents. You’ll be responsible for developing powerful, multimodal applications, managing Docker containers, and driving key projects from concept to execution. This is a high-impact role that offers autonomy and the opportunity to truly own your work—no micro-managing, just trust in your expertise and ideas.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy AI solutions, particularly LLMs and AI agents, with a focus on Python
• Manage Docker containers and maintain infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead projects from start to finish, focusing on innovation, quality, and scalability.
• Collaborate with a diverse remote team, contributing your expertise and learning from others.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance processes.

• HealthTech Innovation: Help build a hyper-personalized, multimodal messaging tool for health insurance companies (think video, audio, and interactive visuals).
