Work experience
Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
Experience with B2B Software design
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing data to inform design decisions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Hard skills
- Experts in a design tool (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. or similar)
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Marvel, etc.) and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility principles and designing for diverse user needs.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a nice to have
Soft skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Miscellaneous
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including web and mobile applications, with a focus on B2B products
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
As a Product Designer at our company, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers, to bring ideas to life while ensuring a seamless user experience. Your work will directly impact the usability and success of our products, helping our clients achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate on Product Strategy: Partner with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Translate business requirements into actionable design solutions.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions. Analyze feedback and continuously iterate on designs based on findings.
- Design User Interfaces: Design intuitive, scalable, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines.
- Prototype & Iterate: Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
- UX/UI Design: Focus on both the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) aspects, ensuring seamless workflows and visually appealing designs across all platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure that designs are implemented as intended and provide support during the development process. Help prioritize and manage design tasks within Agile workflows.
- Design Systems: Contribute to maintaining and improving the design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.
- Stay Up to Date: Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and new tools/technologies to continually enhance the user experience.
