REQUIREMENTS
  • Industrial design background is a must-have.
  • Hands-on problem solver, smart cookie who is determined to tackle the most complex challenges and persistently drive solutions. You love to solve nuts.
  • Understanding that context and emotions drive any experience tomorrow.
  • Experience in developing experience patterns, such as search, buy, etc.
  • Deep understanding of current technology stacks, design standards.
  • Passion for addressing and solving complex challenges, with a track record of driving significant impact through user-centered design.
  • Curiosity and respect for new cultures, with the ability to listen, understand, and be a supporter of diverse perspectives.
  • Positive energy and entrepreneurship is key.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job summary:

As the Lead Experience Architect, you are at the helm of designing and guiding the experience for hundreds of interconnected products, touch points, and places. And for 1.4 Billion people. Your mission is to ensure one-click access to our services, embodying simplicity and clarity in every interaction. Your expertise enables you to craft compelling user stories that resonate across diverse platforms—from digital interfaces like smartphones and desktops to physical points of contact such as retail stores, VR/AR/MR and IoT devices. This role is not just about leading design—it’s about fostering a vision that integrates radical simplicity and seamless connectivity at every touchpoint.

Job responsibilities:
  • Define the overarching experience architecture for a multitude of products, touchpoints, and places, ensuring seamless integration and intuitive interaction. And 1.4 Billion people.
  • Champion the principles of ‘one-click access’ and simplicity, ensuring they are deeply embedded in every product, touchpoint, and place design.
  • Provide leadership and direction to senior experience leads across all areas, mentor emerging design talents, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
  • Define and develop all pattern, assets and components for overarching learned behaviour.
  • Understand and experiences vs pieces such as digital and physical interfaces, with a deep appreciation of service ecosystems
  • Create ambient and adaptive interfaces in every context of Life.
  • Be foresight-driven, capable of envisioning future scenarios based on the newest technologies and translating those into current interfaces and experiences. Always one step ahead.
