About the Role

As a Product Designer, you’ll be the driving force behind the user experience of our cutting-edge debate prediction market platform. Working closely with leadership and engineers, you’ll design a product that’s not only functional but intuitive and delightful. Your role will span everything from research and prototyping to execution and iteration—ensuring we deliver an exceptional product for our users.

• Lead the Design Process: As the first designer on the team, you'll take full ownership of the design process—from ideation and prototyping to the final execution of user-friendly, engaging experiences.
• User-Centered Design: You’ll dive deep into understanding user needs, balancing that with the complexities of our unique technology to craft seamless and intuitive experiences.
• Prototyping & Iteration: Create wireframes, mockups, and detailed specifications, and quickly iterate based on user feedback to refine the design.
• Usability Testing: Conduct regular usability testing to validate design choices and ensure a smooth, user-friendly product.
